Beehive Glass Company
Terms of Service
Effective August 17, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Beehive Glass Company wholesale ordering portal and every order placed through it. They form an agreement between Beehive Glass Company (“Beehive Glass,” “we,” “us”) and the business holding the wholesale account (“you”). By requesting an account, or by placing an order once your account is approved, you agree to them.
This is a wholesale agreement between businesses. It is not a consumer sale, and consumer protections that apply to retail purchases do not apply here. Section 9 sets out our cancellation, return, and refund policy, and it is short: orders cannot be cancelled and all sales are final except in the specific cases listed there. Please read it before you order.
1. Who Can Use the Portal
The portal is available only to businesses that purchase for resale and that we have approved. There is no public checkout, no guest ordering, and no retail purchasing here.
To open an account you must be a business, be authorized to enter into this agreement on its behalf, hold a valid federal EIN and a current resale certificate, and be at least 18 years old. Everything you tell us during the application must be accurate, and you must keep it current.
2. Account Approval
Requesting an account is not the same as having one. Every request is reviewed manually. Until we approve your account, you cannot see wholesale pricing, build a cart, or place an order.
Approval is at our sole discretion. We may decline a request, or ask for more documentation, without giving a reason. We may also suspend or close an account at any time — for non-payment, for breach of these terms, for inaccurate application information, or where we reasonably believe the account is being used to buy outside a genuine wholesale relationship. Closing an account does not cancel orders already placed and paid for; we will still ship them.
3. Your Account and Password
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your login with anyone outside your business. Tell us promptly at contact@beehiveglasscompany.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. What We Sell
Beehive Glass sells new original and reproduction glass designs.
The glass is handmade, so it is not uniform. Variation in color, size, finish, and thickness between pieces of the same design is normal and is not a defect. Photographs and on-screen colors are representative rather than exact, and monitors render color differently.
5. Pricing, Minimums, and Order Limits
Prices shown in the portal are wholesale prices for approved accounts and are confidential. Do not publish, share, or otherwise disclose them outside your business.
- Tiered pricing. Unit price depends on the quantity you order. The portal shows the tier you qualify for and updates it as your cart changes.
- Minimum order quantities. Some styles carry a minimum. Your cart is checked against those minimums, and checkout will not proceed until they are met.
- Stock and per-order limits. You cannot order more of a color than we have, and some products carry a maximum quantity per order. The portal enforces both.
- Pre-order rules. Pre-order items and in-stock items cannot be combined in one order, and two different pre-order products cannot be combined either. Place them as separate orders.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The prices that apply to your order are the ones in effect when you complete checkout. If a price, description, or availability is shown in error, we may correct it, and we may decline or cancel an order placed at an erroneous price — in which case you are refunded in full.
6. Placing an Order
Submitting an order and paying for it is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when the order is confirmed in the portal and you receive an order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline the order for any reason, including unavailability, suspected error, or suspected fraud, and refund you in full.
Once your payment succeeds, we record the order, reduce our stock, and begin processing it. Your order moves through three states, which you can see on your Orders page: Order Placed, then Processing, then Shipped, at which point we add the carrier and tracking number and email them to you.
7. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time you order. We do not offer terms, invoicing, credit accounts, deposits, or partial payment. This includes pre-orders: pre-ordered items are charged in full when you place the order, not when they ship.
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure checkout page. We never receive or store your card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
Sales tax. Wholesale orders are placed for resale against the resale certificate on your account. Keeping that certificate valid and current is your responsibility, and so is collecting and remitting any sales tax due when you resell. If your certificate lapses or is invalid, we may charge applicable tax or hold your account until it is corrected.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is charged at a flat rate determined by the total quantity of items in your order. The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay.
- We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Check it carefully — we cannot change it after payment, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Pre-order timeframes especially are estimates and can move.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Once a carrier has the shipment, transit delays are outside our control — but see Section 9 for damage in transit and for shipments that never arrive.
- Inspect your shipment on arrival, before it goes into your own stock.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once payment is submitted, and all sales are final. The portal has no cancellation function, and this is deliberate rather than an oversight: payment confirms the order and immediately commits the stock. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, slow resale, or the normal variation in color, size, and finish described in Section 4.
The exceptions are listed below. They are the only circumstances in which we refund an order, and we honor them in full.
When we do refund
a. An item is unavailable after you paid. If stock runs out between the moment you start checkout and the moment your payment confirms, the order cannot be created. When that happens the system automatically refunds your payment in full to your original payment method, without you having to ask. You receive nothing and are charged nothing.
b. Your order arrives damaged, short, or wrong. If glass arrives broken or damaged in transit, if items are missing from the shipment, or if you received something other than what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@beehiveglasscompany.com. Include your order number, which items are affected, and clear photographs of the items and the packaging — we need the packaging photographs to make a carrier claim, so do not discard it until the claim is settled. Once we have verified the claim, we will replace the affected items if we have equivalent stock, or refund them, at your choice where a replacement is possible and by refund where it is not. A refund covers the affected items and their share of the shipping cost.
c. Your order never arrives. If tracking does not show delivery, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We will open a carrier trace, and if the shipment is confirmed lost we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
d. We cannot fulfill a pre-order. Pre-ordered stock is charged at the time of order. If we ultimately cannot supply what you pre-ordered, we refund that item in full, including its share of shipping. We will tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving a pre-order open indefinitely.
e. We cancel or decline your order. If we decline an order under Section 5 or Section 6, you are refunded in full.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot refund to a different card, to a bank account, or as store credit. Once we issue a refund it typically reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Returning goods
Do not ship anything back to us without asking first. Where a return is part of resolving a claim under (b) above, we will tell you whether we need the items returned and, if so, we will cover that return shipping and give you the address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
10. Resale Conditions
You buy for resale in the ordinary course of your business. You may not represent yourself as an agent, distributor, or authorized representative of Beehive Glass, and you may not use our name, logo, or photographs in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with your business beyond a supplier relationship. You are responsible for how you describe and price items when you resell them, and for complying with the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or let another business order through your account
- Scrape, copy, or bulk-extract our catalog, images, descriptions, or pricing
- Disclose wholesale pricing outside your business
- Attempt to access another account’s data, or to probe, disrupt, or circumvent the portal’s security
- Use the portal for anything unlawful
12. Intellectual Property
The portal, its design, text, and product photography belong to Beehive Glass or its licensors. Approved account holders may use our product photographs and descriptions for the purpose of reselling the items they have bought from us. Any other use requires our written permission.
13. Disclaimers
The portal is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it.
Goods are sold as is, in the condition described in Section 4. Beyond the warranty of title and anything that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit your rights under Section 9.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Beehive Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption, arising out of these terms or your use of the portal — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beehive Glass and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your resale of items bought from us, or your misuse of the portal.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, contact us at contact@beehiveglasscompany.com. Most disputes between a supplier and a wholesale buyer are resolved faster by a conversation than by a filing, and we would rather have the conversation.
17. General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the portal, unless you have a separate signed supply agreement with us, which takes precedence where the two conflict. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the portal or the business changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern it. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
19. Contact
Questions about these terms, about an order, or about a claim under Section 9 go to contact@beehiveglasscompany.com.
